The company’s philosophy has always considered the factory as a very important place, appreciated and cared for, almost worshiped, a second home where cleanliness and order are synonymous of product quality, of safety and good life style for all employees.
A continuous path of investments, innovations and raw material selection, mainly focused on environment quality and care, has been attested by the environmental certificate (ISO 14001) obtained in 2004, the only one in the industry. Plants and machineries during the years have allowed a bigger and better production and improvements in quality, saving resources.

These facilities have always been studied, planned and bought without hesitations, in the long term view of continuous innovation. During the years many investments have been made for the enlargement of the plant. A diplomatic action has convinced four neighbours to leave their factories, in order to give place to the big company that is constantly growing.

The area is nowadays about 55.000 squared meters, 20.000 of these are covered. The moulding production capacity includes 33 rubber compression moulding machines and 18 rubber injection moulding machines, for polyurethane there are 9 machines in the moulding department: these facilities give the companyone of the biggest production potentials worldwide.

POLYURETHAN MOULDING DEPARTMENT
Nine rotative maschines always perfectly working and automatized with robots for the release agent pouring and the soles extraction.
the soles extracted from the moulds are automatically driven into a distribution system that beside carrying them directly into the washing maschines, allows to identify them and follow up the further working stages.
     
WASHING DEPARTMENT
The department is equipped with four water washing maschines and one aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent washing maschine.
the water washing system guarantees the best environmental protection, an issue that eurosuole has always attentively cared for.
     
RUBBER MIXING DEPARTMENT
Two independent mixing lines completed by four preformers prepare the materials for the rubber moulding
     

RUBBER MOULDING DEPARTMENT
COMPRESSION INJECTION
Thirty-three compression presses and eighteen injection presses for a highly advanced rubber moulding department.

     
TRIMMIMG
The soles are trimmed by cutting off the exceeding moulding material.
     


FINISHING DEPARTMENT
Two multiple line maschines and ten single operator posts.
     

WAREHOUSE
4000 sqm. Of soles ready to be shipped all over the world.
